At Target the Brinkmann 1 Watt 3AAA batteries Led

I recently purchased the Brinkmann 1 Watt 3AAA batter led. I ended buying and returning 2 of them since the beam has a little round greenish brown spot within the larger circle of light. Thought it was just bad luck in the luxeon bin and ended up buying a third one and no avail same thing. Any one else have same results with this light. I mean It's not that bad but it's noticable. Otherwise it's a very well made light except for the silly battery carrier I'm not fond of. Glass lens, rubber body and tough like my G2 nitrolin with common batts. Only cost me 21 bucks with tax. Probably keep it since it's fun looking. Wonder if the surefire FM35 red filter lens will fit on head like it does on my G2?

Do a search in the reviews forum for the 3 watt version, which is much better.

Small review of the 3W version here. If you desire white light, this one is the one you want.

I have the 3W and it is awesome! Mine has a beam nearly identical to that of my SL PP Lux, just with less runtime.

Ditto on the 3watt.
