:thumbsdow Does anyone here know if PPal has changed the rules lately? I couldn't
find out, I've Emailed them twice with no response. It was working fine a couple
days ago but now I can't send money with my own credit card's. I signed up
for a PPal credit card and my statement shows plenty of credit but the PPal
home page won't send any fund's. I've used the PPal card several times in the
last couple weeks and it worked perfectly. I'm not slamming PPal I'm just
wondering if this has happened to anyone else or maybe I missed something?
