Problem with ORB RAW

The working assembly (emitter, etc.) falls out when the battery housing is unscrewed and the business end is tipped. Shouldn't there be something retaining all that in place?

My Ns has what you might call a slight tolerance fit. It is meant to be pushed out if you want to change emitter boards.

Thanks - it's evidently supposed to be a push fit, but the board in this one has been pushed enough times to be quite loose.

It's assembled properly, then. But still, it takes a lot of twist to turn ON. This is a single stage RAW. I think it's 3W - is there a way to ID the emitter by looking at it?
