hi, as you can see i am brand new to cpf. i was drawn here by those cool looking tri/quad lux mag mods, but i was wondering if any are made using cr123 batteries? and if so whats the run time look like?
i ask this because the majority of lights i am looking to get use 123 cells, or C sized cells and i don't want to have an asortment of different battery sizes.
how do these lights stack up to surefire's "M" series? what appeals to me is that they seem bright enough (for realistic purposes) and with the NiMH cells they run 2-3 times as long. also with leds they will not need bulb replacements (although i do not know how long the "M" series bulbs are rated for)
