McR-18 and the PT EOS

I was wondering if this reflector will work in the EOS. I have the ISM 17 and it it's diameter is just a little shy of the window size. I am a fan of McGizmo's reflectors and I was thinking of trying to mod the LED in my EOS and put the McR-18 in.

Any thoughts?

Modded an McR-18 for Jar3ds PT EOS last month, replacing a IMS SO17. S-bin LUX I is a great upgrade with the McR, hope he sees this thread to chime in with thoughts on this exact combination.

Modding the reflector and reading about the EOS makes me want to pick one up (but haven't yet...)

What I did was shorten the McR-18 using sandpaper, then mail it to Jar3ds for the actual installation. Basically when shortened to IMS SO17 height, the McR-18 will work as a replacement. Here's a few writeups on the EOS:

yep I'm running the McR18 thanks to mosport... its a great reflector... gives the best beam in the EOS so far... if you have any questions let me know
