While cleaning the lens of my X1 I noticed that the bulb seemed kind of dirty. It looks like there's a pasty white film on it, spread unevenly. However, it doesnt affect the beam pattern as far as I can tell. Is this a protective coating that is supposed to be on it? If so, any explanations for why it is uneven? Also, it's a lot more noticable with the light on than it is off.
