Can anyone let me know where to get the:
WA1160

New Reflector - prefer a "tight long throw"
max power 400-mah 1/2D's - preferred already shrink wrapped.

My maglite rechargable crapped out and would like to do the upgrade but can not find the parts. Help!!!

Check with the Shoppe for reflectors. I just picked up a few Modamag reflectors there last week.

Light-edge.com has light stipple reflectors (tho smooth or low orange peel are better for throw), and has an alleged 2-3 week wait on the WA1160.

Hi Dan -

Clarification:
light-edge doesn't have reflectors for the Magcharger.
Only Fivemega makes them and whether they are in stock ...

RE: the battery sticks, I'll post that after I find the link.

RE: the 1160 bulbs, I'm your man. :naughty: as we spoke earlier. They'll be on their way tomorrow.

Here's a site where you can get 5-pack 1/2D NiMH cells. They are 4,000mAh.

http://www.batterieswholesale.com/nimh.htm

The relfector for the MagCharger is different than for the regular Mag. FiveMega had some for sale, along with ceramic slugs to prevent the 1160 or hotter bulbs from damaging the socket. I think he is out of slugs, but I'm not sure about reflectors. For a long throw, go with the smooth reflector, if you can find one.

I have been trying the link above, but IE says the page is unavailable. I will keep trying. Thanks.
