Hi guy, I question the durability of Fenix head. I have looked at the contact designed by INOVA, it is A+. I could not say that to the Fenix, as the contact to the +ve end of the battery seems paper thin. After a few uses, especially with the twisty, the contact is showing sign of wears. What is your thought?

Only time will tell. Easy to put solder blob on it if a problem ever develops so I'm not worried. Never had one of these wear out on me, and the conacts on the old CMG Infinities and others looked pretty thin too.

Don't be worried about that. After several thousands twists with mine, no problems so far.:)

Yeh mine is still holding out (L2T). I have noticed that you cannot apply to much pressure to the head via the batteries as they can only press against the head as hard as the spring in the tail cap will allow.
