Please recomend a good GIF animator

I have 150 images and I need a software that can upload them into one animated GIF file, also if it can be customizable, like time before next animation and to change the order of the pics easily would be great, being able to edit an animated GIF is a must.

If its shareware, freeware would be awesome, I have MS GIF animator but it's just not powerful enough.

What do you recommend?

Animation shop is what you need... I got it for free when I bought paint shop pro 8 and it pretty much matches all criteria you mentioned...

Possibly not what you are looking for but a great site that may be able to help you out and it's got an online .gif editor/creator.

I used to use Gamani GIF Movie Gear. It does everything that you mentioned, and they have a free trial that you can check out to see if it's right for you.
