Looking at mine, there is a pin that protrudes through a hole in the negative ring on the contact board. This pin goes to a resistor to provide the low mode. If this pin does not stick out far enough it wont contact the body before the negative ring, so you would lose your low stage. I hope this helps. I have been thinking of putting a FluPIC board in my raw to give more flexibility, has anybody else managed this?

Just ask Rob (Orb) in the Manfacturers thread and he will be able to sort you out. We are very lucky with alot of our manufacturers giving us great support here on CPF.

Sorry to here about the trouble.
If you are sure you do not get both Low & high then please return your Raw For Replacement.
Please check by turning on the Raw Slowly first you should get Low. Then continue to twist & you should then get high.
Sometimes the space between high & low is close.
Please confirm your findings.
