I installed a 3x10mm green tritium vial in place of the bulb in a Solitaire's head, and fastened the tail to the head:

In perfect darkness it is possible to read by the light thrown,
in semi-adrkness it acts as a keychain-locator

Imagine that...12 years of a small emergency light, right on your keychain!

$25 Shipped North America
Add $3 for international Shipping

Please don't mention the word 'Tritium' anywhere on paypal, just reference the Mini-Solitaire

How did you fasten the tail to the head? The tailcap threads don't reach in far enough to thread into the head.

Tritium: Whoa that was fast! Thanks you :)

Morelite: The tail was epoxied on, besides the reflector the whole assembly is filled with epoxy

FlashInThePan: I can make more if there is intirest, this was another proof-of-concept idea I had.
