Surefire XR-E Head *Progress Pics*

After deciding that I could afford this project, I went ahead and started!

Here are the ingredients:


Tan HAIII E series head ( I managed to mangle the bezel ring when dissassembling)

Modded IMS20 (to be replaced with 4* optic when available)

FLuPIC 2.2

(P2?) XR-E

Big chunk of copper I rescued from a scap bin a few weeks ago :-D

I'll update this as I progress, hopefully I can get into the shop on Monday to finish boring the head and turn down the heatsink

And then make a SS bezel ring to replace the one I destroyed
