firstly, very sorry if this has been discussed/mentioned before (did a search already)..
what will be the effect on the beam of an incan/LED if a Apspherical Lens were to be just placed on the existing lens? from what ive read on cree threads..the aspherical lens really extends the throw by a lot..
so does it only work on LEDs?
If it would extend the throw of the incan/LED beam without any modding (just by placing it back to back to the existing lens)..
i think a gadget like the surefire filter FM series will be ultra cool.. where u can just flip the cover down for monster throw..
its like fixing a beamfilter onto a M3T for flood... (throw to flood)
and now, its like fixing the beamfilter (with aspsherical lens) onto a L4.. (flood to throw now)
erm.. not good with words, but something like that..
