Want to teach me photoshop?

The only thing I know about photoshop right now is what I learned in a quick 15 minute tutorial from a friend. Anybody know some good links that will help a total newbie? Also some more advanced stuff too. Also, any tips on here would be great as well.

Tater Rocket - have ya been to www.webmonkey.com? It's a site for web builders, but if memory serves, there should be a very good set of Photoshop tutorials/primers there. Hope you find it!

Take a look at some of the samples that come with it and play with them. Look at the layering and the settings they use then play with them change them and see what they do this will help a lot.

I'll second the webmonkey tutorial, thats where I gained my Photoshop skills...not much but enough to do what I need to do
