I believe it came from a chinese gift shop, i'll will describe it as best as i can, i will put a pic up later of what have. I dont know what it is called but it looks like one of those wind chimes that has the pipes that clang together but instead of pipes it has abunch of multi color strings hanging from a ring at the top
