do they run 700 mah to them when they bin a 3 watt. and do they run a 1 watt at 350 mah for bin numbers. because i put a 3 watt i a light that was made for a 1 watt. the light does have a dc-dc regulator that i think is set up for the 1 watt because i did gain some light out put over the 1 watt, but not near the out put it had in the other light.when i put the 1 watt in the doner light it was all most as bright as the 3 watt i took out. so what is the deal.
