Yes, it happened to me yesterday (trying to log in from the office Windows machine). I tried the 'delete all cookies' button with no change. A few hours later, I got home, and logged in fine from the Powerbook. I changed my password, that works again this morning. I'll see what happens when I go back to the office.
I went to the forum for the UBB bulletin board software itself and saw there are a lot of notes there from people having trouble logging into UBB or losing their info -- apparently there has recently been, as we say at the office "some improvement or update done by the Tech Support Department, that must be why it's not working ....."
