This thing can make 5mm LED and other things throw quite a bit. Although, not quite as big as Newbie's 5.6" er, it might be of use to someone. I got this from optical equipment I ripped apart.
~3.7mm width mounting rim, ground glass
40.92mm diameter
19.09mm base to tip of parabola
Small chip along the mounting rim on the flat side. (~7mm arc length by 1.75mm, should be ok for most purpose)
