Anyone know if Maglite will be making an LED conversion for their Magcharger?

ColtRifle, I have the Terralux TL-100 conversion for the Mag Charger. It produces a very smooth, more floody, than spot beam. The overall output is quite satisfactory. I don't think I'm getting the claimed 100 lumens tho. Seems closer to about 65-75 base on comparison to some of my Fenix lights rated at 50 lumens or so.

No where near the out put of the OEM incand bulb. Its main advantage IMHO is much extended run time. I have not tested it, but the claim is, IRRC, somewhere around 6 hours on a single charge.

"100
Lumens of light output, about the same as the standard halogen
bulb."

"SAVE MONEY! Rechargeable batteries must be replaced after
about 300 cycles ."

Complete BS on the .pdf file. 100 lumens - about the same as MagChargers 200 lumens, yea right. Batteries must replaced after 300 cycles, sure.

Terralux :xyxgun:
