Only at resolution for weather size features. Realtime high resolution imagery is spy satellite stuff and not released...

Is there an option if i provided the longitiude and latitude and i payed somebody?? i could then get an sat picture of that location?

NASA has a (free) application called "World Wind", which works similar to Google Earth. Resolution is quite low, but they include current cloud patterns and offer all kinds of scientific imagery (including weather satellite images) to download. You can't spy on your neighbors, but watch hurricanes
