Can we gather all CREE XR-E modifications into one master index?

I'd like to have a place I can go to find all the modifications people have done. I'm sure others might also.

So for everyone who has modded a existing light, please list what your modification is, and post a link to the place where there are more details about your mod.

Built a Cree XRE Nuwai QIII the other week, had a FLuPIC driver and homemade copper heatsink as well.

Just finished an ARC LSHF-P XRE mod (Fraen optic) :naughty:

ARC LSHF-P + Cree XR-E mod, I shortened the original Fraen LP optic that came with the light and will take more shots tonight.

Here's some that I have done. I have more that I will add later.
Mirage_man cutdown, powered by 1 18650 and a Cree with flupic.

Metal Gear that will run on 1 18650 with blue glow paint.

3aaa light with Cree that will use, what else? 1 18650.

QIII with Cree, IMS20, and glow ring.

The light on the right is an Nuwai ALX, two stage with a cree.

I am working on two Vortex KC1's.
