Congrats on your first Surefire and welcome to the CPF.
I would say keep your eyes peeled in the B/S/T thread and you can get a good deal on your next light. Almost all the Surefires I have, came from there.
This hobby can be very unforgiving on your wallet, so my advice is to pace yourself and start out slow.
