Urgent Request for a Favour (Granted)

The situation is that I need to send a letter to my school's Department of Housing in New York City, which has to be received by December 8th. I could send it via courier from where I am (Italy), but that's going to be prohibitively expensive.

I'm assuming domestic mail within NYC should be pretty quick, so it would be best if whoever's kind enough to help me is a NYC resident. All that needs to be done is to print out a one-page MS word document and mail it out. I will reimburse via PayPal whichever kind soul helps me for postage + any reasonable amount requested for the time and trouble taken.

I really hate doing this, but am left with no choice...please PM me if you're feeling especially gracious today

If ink jet is okay with you, I'll print it for you and send it tomorrow. Just get me the file and address now. Sending PM.
