Any interest for 2Nd run of FM3H with many improvements and advanced design?
1- Lighter in weight.
2- More fins.
3- HA (Type III) in several colors.
4- Smaller bulb opening.
4- Removeable cam.
5- Crenelated bezel.
6- Advanced texture system for best throw and smooth beam.
7- Choice of extra reflector, lens and bezel.
Price will be $180 or less depends on number of interest.
Chrome plated will be $40 more.
This is not a presale and I don't accept any payment at this time.
Please post your interest here.
Any comment welcome.

Great

In the absense of any knowlege of you doing a second run I have been trying to get a Carley 3" to do a test head myself - but they just don't ever send it ! ? 3 months wait so far !

I take it you are doing your own mirrors - hence "Advanced texture system . . ."

Looking forward to your New Advanced Design.

My design phase had got to this cross between a SF-M6 and a SF-KT1 turbo head look (section view with M6-CB and Head Milling like KT1 etc.)

Any Use ?

Any way - Great News - Can't Wait
Cheers Pete

Hey - i just noticed that Delgi is offering his 3" version for only $130-can you tell me if your set up has more advantages?
His is currently listed under CPF custom & mod b/s/t.

my biggest annoyance is color matching... anyway you can make it match MirageMan's HAIII finish? :D

It goes without saying....I'm in for at least 2-6 depending on time frame, colors, and if you send some free "Sugar Daddys" candy with your shipment! LOL!

Also, I'm wondering if you could give any feedback on a wider bulb bore option for those that also might want some for the larger Osram 64623 "Torch Clone" setups like this one. No one seems to know how a larger reflector will do in focussing a bulb like this...or if it would really need a 3.5" or 4" reflector to have it become a throw monster.

I'm in for at least one in bare aluminum. :) Although I don't know what you mean by more fins. Are you're talking about the 1/16" grooves and fins that you've been doing lately? If so I'm not sure that would be the way to go on such a large piece. I tend to like the look of the fins on the current FM3H.
