<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">...UH, I still do that now! Except I wear an old army helment and combat boots while standing there. Scares the H**L out of the neighbors.
As for being in the dark, I used to make my way around by feel or try to memorize the rooms(home)to be able to get around without running into anything. that or flip light on, then off and dart across the room.

I'll tell ya what! I was at the cottage this weekend and in one day(night) I managed to trip onto my face in the woods heeding nature's calls, lose the wiper fuse from my car, and crack my little toe in an unfamiliar dark living room. I think a lot of people accept these kinds of things as normal ...and call flashaholics odd!
