How do I get in touch with LcgGear?

Hi all, I am in the market for a holster, spare battery carrier, and other odds and ends from LcgGear. I have tried the email address on their website several times; however I still have not got a reply.

I am wondering if anyone here knows how to get in touch with them, is there a language barrier I am unaware of? If so anyone know which language I need to contact them in?

The site is Korean, so if you don't speak Korean and they don't speak English, there could be some communications problems. They do list their telephone number on their site, it's 010-6237-9408 and the country code for South Korea is 82.
