ISS and Shuttle Flashlight???

OK I did a search but the results were just not clear. So here is the question.

What kind of flashlights do they use on the Shuttle and on the ISS?
I read about the redundant lamp flashlight with lithium battery that NASA Invented. I haven't seen one of these. I would think it more likely that they would carry a photon or two or something of that nature.
Anybody out here know for sure?

Get a handheld HT and an arrow handheld yagi and ask them. LOL You must be a ham with "yaesumofo" as a username. I would guess LED lights for their energy efficiency. Maybe they are rechargeables with all of those solar panels.

Hasn't Streamlight and Pelican been using redudant lamps (or was it dual filament bulbs?) in some of their lights geared towards firefighting for years now?

Is this something like Al Gore inventing the Internet? :lolsign:
