On page 44 of the November (US) edition of Playboy Magazine there is a article by Asa Baber detailing that he has been appointed by the President to train millions of Americans to fight terrorism.
His Program Two, "Flashlights on Our Borders" trains millions of Americans with flashlights (us) to stand along our borders and shine our flashlights in the air providing a wall of light which terrorists will not cross.
