Actually, www.google.com knows everything. Go there and search for:

"make a taser" camera

If it really does work (I swear a lot of those anarchist's cookbook type things are bogus), use it for good, not evil.

well, i created one my self and put it into an "altoids" box, if you don't know, altoids is "the curiously strong..." breath mint. i put a radio shack switch on the side, and two prongs coming out the front. all you do is clip off the capacitor, remove the flash button from the board, and solder the curcuit closed. solder the two "fins" sticking out the side, and hook up the battery to the appropriate place. have the output, (the shocker leads) coming from where the capacitor was. if you want, you can keep the capacitor where it was, and solder 1 wire to each prong and when you flip the switch, it will charge the capacitor, (takes about 3 seconds) and they touch your little sister with the prongs. i have no digital camera with which to show you the unit, but it works quite nicely. different disposable cameras work differently, so the process really depends. the best way is really to figure it out yourself (that is the way i did it) if you go to walgreens, target, wal-mart, or some place of the sort, and say you need the cameras for school experiment, or your sons school experiment, they will probably give you a couple, if not, try elsewhere.

*disclamer* i cannot be held responsible to any damage of property, persons, or leds. and i do not personally use this device for devious or criminal intent.

disclamer added just in case of who knows what...

leaving the cap. in there is a good way to kill someone. The flash circut develops about 300 volts.

I don't know how to convert volts/farads to jules, or how many jules it takes to stop a heart, and I sure as hell don't want to find out the hard way.

i have left several marks on my friends' various limbs with the 330 volt capacitor supplied with the cameras i have used, and there have been no ill effects. the main thing that injures someone is amps i believe, and the capacitors do not store these. i don' think you need to be worried about safty, the units i made were fully tested on my 12year old sister, and she is no more damages than she was before =)

***btw, i don't have any leds on hand, would anyone care to take a capacator to a cheap one and report the results? i would find that interesting (killing poor little leds, i'm demented)
