Ok here's the program...
Many many people have offered to make donations for our friend Craig LED MUSEUM. Cash, checks, PayPay, credit cards, and even a wire transfers have been discusssed. Craig's mom, Ella has suggested things that we could do for Craig instead of giving him cash. Paying bills (phone, ISP, etc), gift certificates for Safeway and other food places, etc. The options are endless and we will be recieving more input from Ella. All disbursements will be kept on record and will be made available by request through email only. For obvious reasons, we won't be posting them.

BTW guys... one of the reasons that I would like to get this upgrade done is so that we can have Sticky Threads. Which means that we won't have to keep bumping this thread to the top. I can set it to stay there.

I'll be calling the hospital around 2, and I might even be able to talk to Craig himself. When I called at 10ish, the nurse said maybe later.

The nurse say it's a two step forward, one step back situation, and it will be that way for several months. This morning Craig knew where he was... in a hospital... in Alaska? So you see, he's a bit away from getting it all together. BTW, all of this is considered 100% NORMAL recovery

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">Actually, Craig's connection between his mother being there (who lives in Alaska) and being in a hospital in Alaska is VERY good. This indicates his higher order brain functions are working just fine.

Everybody needs to understand that it will simply take time for Craig to re-grow the blood vessels and arteries to replace those clamped off during the operation.

I know someone that went thru the same emergency surgery two years ago and is just fine today. In fact, she will remind me of things I need to do.......
