Eh, nothing new here. Either he was really an 18 year old pretending to be a 4 year old, or the woman was probably crouched down and/or bending down showing off the goods.
You would be surprised how many women in education actually wear rather low cut tops that leave everything open to see.
Anyways, back to the point. The case here is just plain dumb and someone is trying to get money, etc at the expense of a little kid who doesn't know any better. It is a -very- common thing for young children to hug familiar people, such as a teacher or aide to the teacher that spends a lot of time in the classroom.
The fact that the school refused to remove such things from the kids record is as ridiculous as a sexual harassment allegation (sp?) against the kid in the first place and hopefully it won't follow him later into his life when he tries to become a politician or something.
As pointed out by someone earlier in the thread, teachers have pretty much no rights at all. If a teacher even lays a hand on a students shoulder and the student doesn't like it, the teacher can get fired and the school sued, etc. It's happened before.
I worked at a school where kids would fight daily and/or bring weapons to school to attack each other with, no suspensions, no expulsions, and the teachers/school were relatively powerless to do anything about it due to fear of being sued and/or fired.
The stories I could tell...
I'll refrain from ranting though...
On another note, for some reason one of the classes at work thought it was my birthday and a young girl came over to hug me...I guess I should sue her?
