Ingredients:
TAN Surefire E Series Head
4* Optic
P3 XR-E
Custom Copper HS
FLuPIC Rev.4
The FLuPIC's ground contact is soldered directly to the heatsink
Installed on an E2D body for comparison:

There are a few minor defects from teh machining process-
There are small marks from being held in the lathe as shown in the photo below
I couldn't quite polish off the 'Warning hot surface' triangle as shown in the photo below
I polished the crown to a "Light Stipple" finish
Bored out the head, turned down a copper HS, and thermal epoxied the P3 down.
Lastly, when the Oring is installed between the pyrex lens and optic, the heatsink/optic rattle slightly(.5mm gap); to fix this I put a spring in around the flupic pedestal. The head still seals to the body with this spring installed:
