Coast LED Lenser V2 Triplex LL7454?

This uses three 1/3 watt diode-charged light chips which are 1/3 watt super bright Nichia LED's with crystal reflector tubes with transformer chip technology that lasts 150 hours on three AAA batteries with the beam visible up to 2,000 yards. I understand the light ratings are not uniform but it says it is 1.06 watts and 13.6 lumens. It only cost $23 so I do not expect it to compare to ones costing three times as much.

How do these specs compare with others?

Anyone with any experience with this?

Is there another with comparable specs in its price range?
