I am fortunate enough to get my hand on this wonderful Mac mod. I'd like to thank Mac here for giving me a first chance to proudly own it. Below are Mac's own words, enjoy:

This light operates from 6 Li-ion 17500 cells using a resistored 2 stage tail switch which is On1-Off-On2-Off.

It's running 7x P3 Cree-XR-E's with MCR17XR reflectors. It is WITHOUT DOUBT the brightest mag multi LED light ever created

Light draws 180ma on low and measures 5600 Lux at 1 meter. Estimated Lumens would be around 200.

Light draws 780mah on high and measures over 20,000 lux at 1 meter. My meter maxes out at 20,000 lux and the meter was still rising when it maxed out. Estimated lux would be around 22,000 lux. Estimated Lumens on high would be around 800+ lumens.

As for runtime. The 17500 cells are 1100mah capacity cells
Low runtime approx 6 hours
High runtime approx 1.25 hours

When using this light in High mode it should not be used continuously. I have run it for 5 minutes at a time and the head just gets warm which is fine. But you should never let the head get hot. Low mode and be run indefinitely.

Holy crap, that is sweet.

Funny how it absolutely kills the Wiseled.

How did you acquire it?

Great light! Beamshots please.... :)

It is 2 stop under exposed. Either low or high beam, the pictures came out almost the same.

A few months back I asked Mac to build me a Tri-Lux and he agve me 2 choices: 3 or 5 watters. Lucky me I chose the 5 watter because the new MaxFlex boards have a hardware bug that needs to be addressed. Meanwhile the Cree XR-E is getting hotter and hotter, then out of nowhere Mac asked me if I want the 7x P3 Cree-XR-E's with MCR17XR reflectors? He said," It is WITHOUT DOUBT the brightest mag multi LED light ever created

". I was frozen for a second before sending him the answer YES.

Great light! Thanks for posting the beamshot picture.
What kid of driver is used in this light (or is it just resistored)?
Are the leds wired in series?

The third line in the OP says it's resistored.

Wow! That light is truely incredible! Do you think you could compare it to a few other lights outside to really show how much power it truely has? It gives an *** kicking to a light that is around 500 lumens, VERY IMPRESSIVE!
