Internet acting funny for anyone else?

I never thought I'd say this, but CPF is the most reliable site out there for me right now. gMail is out, at least on POP3. CNN.com won't work, eBay is super slow, and many others.

Is this happening to anyone else?

mine is FREAKING slow.

but my isp is gonna almost double the download speed and upload speed tomorrow.

and it better be faster... i didn't upgrade the plan for nothing.
