2002 Luminescence Awards ("The Lummies"), Cast Your Vote!

Well, I was going to post another boring Poll about what was most "popular" with CPF members in this year 2002, then decided to try something different.

I'm going to ask for votes via email to me (at [email protected]) for the following "categories" below, and barring an overwhelming inundation of replies, I'm going to tally them and release the results right around New Year's.

PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR VOTES TO ME VIA EMAIL no later than December 27, 2002. In your email, please submit your votes, and include your real name, USERNAME and MEMBER #. Any votes received without this info will be simply discarded.

NOTE: There will be some duplicate votes for many people even across different categories (i.e. vote for E2e for both "Favorite EDC" and "Favorite Non-Rechargeable [any size]"), but that's ok.

5. Who is your favorite FLASHLIGHT MANUFACTURER (NON-MOD)?

6. Who is your favorite FLASHLIGHT MODS-MANUFACTURER?

7. What is your favorite FLASHLIGHT ACCESSORY? For example: holster, WrightRights, custom lanyards, LED-"add on" bezel (i.e. KL1), etc.

8. Who is your favorite FLASHLIGHT VENDOR? Please list one and only one vendor, and include their URL-address or physical address.

9. Who is your favorite BATTERY MANUFACTURER?

10. What is your favorite FLASHLIGHT VENDOR WEBSITE? Please exclude Manufacturers who also sell direct to consumers (as manufacturers have their own category). Please submite vote for one and only one URL.

11. What is your favorite FLASHLIGHT MANUFACTURER WEBSITE? Please submit vote for one and only one URL.

12. What is your favorite FLASHLIGHT INFORMATIONAL WEBSITE? Please submit vote for one and only one URL.

I hope that covers it. I'm sure I've missed something, but it'll have to wait for next year's Lummies.

I figured people would be interested in knowing who and how many Lummies votes were cast, so I'll try and keep this list updated.
