Check out this link to a HIGH powerd flashlight. I had to copy and paste it to the subject line to post it. It's a short video. It's a hot one. And no, it's not a trick or rated X. It looks dangerous to me.

Ok...did better testing by measuring where the line was on my screen...
The results:
No chage in size on either long or short titles on my computer
Sorry for being obsessed with this but it just got me thinking
As for the video... a classic. A few people have sent it to me asking "is this real?"

Change your monitor to 800 X 600 and you'll see the strectch causing scrolling when using "User CP", "New Posts" and when simply viewing the thread. The thread doesn't bug me but the "New Posts" search does because I have to left/right scroll to see what forum the inidividuals posts are in.
