SureFire military contract?

Hi guys, i was reading a few threads and i was wondering, since surefire is one of the preferred tactical lights, i wonder how much of their business is to the government,
If they had a navy contract and produced the 6PN, would the navy call for a contract of a few thousand units, who know what other variations of their existing lights have been modified to military specs.
If this were the case, i think surefire will be around for a long time, i dont think any other company can challenge it.
