There should be a rule that some of the winnings go to a worthy cause if you are a millionaire.

Yeah but he did give 10% of his winnings to his local church, what else? buy a Corvette for every person in town?
At least it went to a thinking person that knows how to use and reinvest the money, also he just made sure all his employees kept their jobs.
I know of cases where some winners blew it all and never looked to the future, this man probably is the most deserving type to recieve such a massive check, nuff said, quit whining.
