Newbie here, so please go easy!

Got a T3 a few weeks ago and decided last night to see if my Rechargeable RCR123A batteries would make it work.

In retrospect probably not a good idea!

It didnt work, and when I put the original batteries in it still wouldnt work.
Have I blown the bulb, and if so can it be replaced?

Many thanks guys....

Nope....call Inova, I believe they have a lifetime warranty on their lights.....Just to be sure though, you put the batteries in the right way though right, with the button top going towards the tailcap?

I don't think the Inova T3 is designed for normal Rechargeable RCR123's. The combined voltage 3.7 v x 2 could have blown the circuit or led. Just a thought. I believe (correct me if im wrong) but the T3 is only designed for 3.0v primaries not 3.7 - 4.2 v RCR123's.

Inova's are designed to run at 6.0v not 8.4v. Their warrant should not cover user negligence.
It's like calling Ford: - "Hey, I've filled my truck with methanol fuel, its engine is behaving weirdly now...".

I'm very sorry for your loss.
