Started a very small modest page about my lights.

Got a couple of little basic mods I've been working on lately. Decided to get then set up on a page to be able to post them, then one thing led [pun intended] to another. Didn't even get to the mods section yet ! Here's what I have so far, it will be expanding slowly as I have more to add to it
