So I want to get rid of all the spill on a Fenix P1 and I was wondering what the easiest way would be. Does anyone make a collminator to help block it out that would fit on it or has anyone found another way. Thanks.

the easy way would be to extend the bezel. it is as easy as attaching a rigid or semi rigid tube ti the bezel of your light. machined aluminum would be preferable, but construction paper would work.

Ya you really can't easily harness that light so you would need a beam shaping device that would shape the beam into a round less spill light. If you want to turn that spill into spot your out of luck without a totally new reflector.

Try a piece of rubber hose or plastic sleeve with a aspherical lens in the end of it.
I don't know specifics but that idea should work. Try holding your P1 up to a magnifying lens at different distances and check out the results.
