AAA-multilevel-light without PWM?

Fenix and Jetbeam have the annoying PWM wich makes them VERY uncomfortable on low setting for my eyes. Do you know of an AAA-keychain-light with two ore more levels without Pulsewidthmodulation (maybe with resistor) ?

Shorelite VX-1. Not real bright and a blotchy blue beam (in my old one), but 4 levels and no PWM that I can detect.

Edit: L0D also makes use of PWM. My bad...

How are the Millermod Arc Cree's driven? Post 83 says his driver is not constant current. I assumed that meant it was PWM, but not being up on all the various drive schemes, I guess it could be some other method.
There are other ways to get a low without PWM. For example:

Back in the days when the Q3 was THE EDC, the switch went
OFF-ON-OFF-ON-OFF
Some modders added a resister to one position so the switch is now
OFF-RESISTER (low) -OFF-ON (high) -OFF
The resistor limits the power to the boost circuit forcing a low.

Other ways are switching the sense resistor in regulated circuits or switching the dropping resistor in non-regulated circuits.

PWM is just strobe going real fast, so it is easier to use PWM in multimode lights with strobe and SOS, especially in AAA lights with limited room.
