I find it more curious that they would put this in the feature list.. could they not just get a new battery to toss in the box, or remove it and say, "battery not included" ?

But it's a great deal! 64 MB for file storage, music, and plugs directly into the USB. AND it has a flashlight! Some one buy this at that cheap price and give us beamshots!
