i have a surefire m2 i have changed the batteries and bulbs and it is not even as bright as my e1 and it has been just going out ....any ideas....thanks .

i have leaned and looked at the wires that are on the bulb and on the tailcap and wiped them off if that is what you are talking about . i also put in a p61 bulp and it is NOT ANY brighter ...i am so confused ...i have had it a year and up till now worked perfect.

ok i may have found the problem....i got some batttery station batteries lot .....10 05 and i have read some pretty bad things about them ...where can i get a battery tester and what should it read. thanks in advance

Use a mm and you should get 3.2 volts ish fresh.
