Is my best led spotlight. Made in China. 50 eur.

Sell as a 5w luxeon led. (I dont know if this is real perhaphs you know.).

Is 3 x AAA bateries enought for a 5w luxeon?

I personally think 5W is a little of an overestimation for something running from 3xAAA - those cells are pretty wimpy... knowing how these china flashlights tend to have inflated specs, it's probably a lie Is this thing direct drive?

and for this price You might have also gotten a Fenix, and by now a Fenix with a Cree (Model with "...-CE")

--> no HAIII finish on body
--> 3 AAA - no chance the Lux V runs even on half
--> it surely is no Lux V
--> direct drive

anyway, the Lux V have never been a good idea in handheld applications (heat generated and power consumption) and actual led (read: Cree) are much better while running cooler, needing less energy and less voltage, but giving more light.
Any other questions?

best options:
get a Fenix with a Cree, or (cheaper): Get a Fenix with a Luxeon for less

Get something from Lumapower, Fenix, Huntlight, JetBeam instead....

Exactly what I think,

spanish, I suppose You got this a a store at Your place? SUCH lights do cost this much around here, thats why I order online, mostly from the shops mentionned in here.

I must to say that I bought the sportlight BEFORE to discover this forum.

Seller had 1w, 3w and the most expensive 5w (not a on-line seller). I try it. But is not a bad spotlight and is very brightness. More than my Minimaglite 2AA TLE-5. I´ll take pics next day.
