I see he's going to announce a ban on all torches in the USA that use more than ONE battery, to save the planet from ourselves.
In future, all torches must initially only use HALF the batteries they currently use, minimum of ONE battery !!
As it's USA only, suppose it should really be flashlights.
At last, a brighter future for the rest of the world.
No such bans here...
