Spoke to CREE reps today

I spoke to some Cree reps at the career fair today at my school. But they weren't the engineers doing LEDs. It seems that I knew more than they did, but they had some sample LEDs with push-button on actuation, and those suckers were bright, even with full lighting on at the time.

They hadn't even heard about Lumileds' announcement yesterday... hmm. They did say however that their production is all in-house in NC, and they are looking to outsource soon. The company's average age is under 30, allowing org changes on a dime. Interesting. Too bad they're not hiring MechE's like me.
