Tailcap Switches

For the second time now I have had the tailcap switch burn out on my Ultrafire 9P. The first time I had it replaced by the dealer (nothingtobid on eBay) but that took ~2 weeks to get here. Any ideas on where to get small switches to use in a tailcap?

I have one I pulled out of a Lumapower D-mini before I converted it to 2-stage.
It has a footprint of about 12mm square, and 6.5 mm tall not including the button. One lead is centered on one side, and the other is off to the side on the opposite side. Looking from the top, the leads are at 5 and 9 o'clock.
