I second Lighthound. I am from Toronto and have ordered a few times with great service and prices. I doubt you will find better prices in Canada, end when you factor in shipping.
He ships fast but Canada post does not work at light speed ( pun intended ) but still worth the order.

MEC, Mountain Equipment Co-op does carry the Apex I beleieve, but you would have to check in-store. You could also try calling them, depends on where in Canada you are located. Prices are usually reasonable...
